Offer

Weekly Classes

My classes are intuitively lead and tailored for employees. Sitting a desk can impact employees posture which can in turn affect vital bodily functions such as digestion, central nervous system and even our endocrine system. These classes are beginner friendly, light hearted and can be tailored for different ailments or injury's.

Hybrid of 1 & 2

This package is a combination of both Package 1 & 2

Mindfulness and Movement are two of the most important pillars supporting our health.

It makes sense that you would want to have access to both in order to support the physical and mental health of your employees.

Mindfulness Sessions

This Package includes monthly mindfulness sessions in-person and online. These sessions walk through an understanding of how mindfulness can have a positive impact on your working day, personal life, your relationships and even the plasticity of your brain.

Wellness Retreats

This is a new service for Joyoga.  I will be delivering city and highland escapes for companies to treat their employees and provide team bonding with their wellbeing in mind.  These are a bespoke item, allowing me to cater to your needs.  

Josie comes to our workplace and does some Yoga for our Wellbeing Initiative.  This has been a regular twice weekly commitment now for more that 12 months.  I had never participated in Yoga before and was taken by surprise at how much I enjoy it.  Josie is very patient and attentive and is always on hand to correct our posture and offer alternative poses for those that are struggling.  Each class is tailored to the needs of the majority of the attendees each day and also to the time of year and outside stresses we may need to release.  A very patient, calm and soothing Yoga Teacher.
